These recipes provide anti-inflammatory support and minerals while adding electrolytes and antioxidants. 

 

1. MINTY COOL KETOSMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cucumber  (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint
  • 4 oz coconut milk (full fat canned)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Naturally Nourished Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 1 Dose Simpliigood Fresh Spirulina

DIRECTIONS

Just put ingredients in blender and press start. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

2. ALMOND DREAM KETO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS 

  • 6oz Organic Greek or Bulgarian Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 5 Drop Stevia
  • 1 Dose Simpliigood Fresh Spirulina

DIRECTIONS

Just put ingredients in blender and press start. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

3. CHAI PUMPKIN KETO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil, optional
  • 1 teaspoon loose chai tea
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen avocado
  • 1 Dose Simpliigood Fresh Spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice * see note if you don't have any spice  

* How To Make Your Own Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Just put ingredients in blender and press start. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
